Reduce your current cost of managing liquid waste

Significantly reduce your environmental impact

Conventional methods for treating liquid waste are poor. Adding vast amounts of sawdust, fly ash from coal generation or lime dust to a liquid until it meets solids criteria for transportation to landfill is wasteful and redundant

MetaFLO uses environmentally safe chemical reagents that solidify liquid waste without significant increase in volume.

Take a glass of water to represent liquid waste. Add sawdust until it adsorbs all the water. You will now have 3 or 4 cups of material to throw away. Logic would tell you there has to be a better way. The impetus behind the formation of MetaFLO was driven by the conviction that there was a better way and that it wasn’t beyond our capability to achieve.

Micro Tunnelling

  • Drill mud is a regulated waste
  • Greater disposal options as a solid material
  • Options for reuse of treated materials as clean / dry fill or hydrophilic topsoil mix
  • Small operational footprint and low dosage
Greenglove

Tunnelling (TBM)

  • Dries tunnel spoils immediately
  • Reduce the surface operational footprint
  • Low dosage to solidify means less transportation and lower cost
  • Options for reuse of treated materials as clean / dry fill or hydrophilic topsoil mix
  • Small operational footprint and low dosage

Oil & Gas Drilling

  • Mud from horizontal wells can be water or oil based, we can help with both
  • MetaFLO’s methods are an ideal solution if you have 1,000 gallons or 100,000,000
  • Options for reuse of treated materials as clean / dry fill or hydrophilic topsoil mix
  • Small operational footprint and low dosage

Hydro Excavation

  • Landfill sites for hydro excavation mud are becoming more scarce and costly
  • Onsite solidification will help you to ease the pain of mud disposal
  • Options for reuse of treated materials as clean / dry fill or hydrophilic topsoil mix
  • Small operational footprint and low dosage

Soil Wash Plants

  • Remove traditional costly drying methods; Press shed, Centrifuge
  • Remove need to landfill inert silt
  • Options for reuse of treated materials as clean / dry fill or hydrophilic topsoil mix
  • Small operational footprint and low dosage

Storm water ponds & Silt Lagoons

  • Build-up of sediment is typically too thick for centrifuging and requires the addition of vast amounts of water to allow pumping.
  • MetoFLO reagents solidify sludge very quickly and efficiently and therefore significantly reduce costs.
  • Options for reuse of treated materials as clean / dry fill or hydrophilic topsoil mix
  • Small operational footprint and low dosage

Environmental

  • Sewage waste water sludge – with improved nutrient retention for soil conditioning
  • Grouting spoils
  • Water-based paints
  • Concrete cuttings
  • Sand washing spoils
  • Wet excavated soils
  • Options for reuse of treated materials as clean / dry fill or hydrophilic topsoil mix
  • Small operational footprint and low dosage
